Simon Borja, a PhD student in political science at the Political Studies Institute (IEP), Strasbourg, is a member of the European Political Strategy Group (GSPE), Strasbourg. Having spent several years working on time and space issues, he turned his attention to mobility as the new orthodoxy after collaborating initially with Christian de Montlibert, and then subsequently with Thierry Ramadier and Guillaume Courty.
