Regina Witter
Regina Witter is working at the Transport Planning Office of the metropolitan region of Lausanne-Morges in Switzerland. She graduated as Spatial Planning Engineer in 2004 at the University of Dortmund, Germany. In 2011, she finished a PhD thesis about public transport development in Santiago de Chile at the Technical University of Lausanne, in cooperation with the Catholic University of Chile.
